Vita is an iOS application that provides recovery and training insights based on your Apple Health data. The app analyzes metrics such as heart rate variability, sleep, and activity to help you understand your body's readiness and training load. All data processing occurs locally on your device.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vita. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Health Disclaimer
Vita is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. 5. Apple Health & Data Sources
Vita accesses data from Apple Health with your permission. You control which data categories to share through iOS Health permissions. We do not upload your health data to any servers. All processing happens on your device.
6. Subscriptions & Purchases
Vita may offer subscription-based premium features. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management, including cancellation and refunds, is handled through your Apple ID settings. Please refer to Apple's terms for payment-related policies.
